Brand Manager
Are you a successful Sales Manager or Brand Manager looking to further develop your career? We are looking for an ambitious, capable and professional Manager with a proven track record of running a sales team focussed on profitability and customer satisfaction using a disciplined sales process. As a Brand Manager you will be responsible for the whole dealership with particular focus on the Sales Department.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing budget performance.
• Stock control.
• People Management, including recruitment, training and development, induction and performance management.
• Maintaining and developing customer service and satisfaction throughout the dealership.
• Ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
